Octave is returning to power savings mode

Our bar and restaurant are closed for a while. No dinners, no lunches, no meetings, no delicious catering, no cappucinos, no cocktails, no fun and no filled love seat.

We hope that everyone stays at home as much as possible, so that we can quickly leave this bad time behind us. We'll keep working behind the scenes. For you and for ourselves.

Octave offers pure Belgian cuisine that combines classic flavours with contemporary influences. All Octave dishes are prepared with fresh ingredients and seasonal products. 

And are delicious. Promise! It is not without reason that we came in Gault & Millau with a chef's hat in our first year with 13/20 . Would you like to sit down at our table ?!

About our chef

With his​“joie de vivre”, Executive Chef Thomas Van de Weyer delights customers with Belgian dishes and desserts with a twist. 

Thomas, who previously worked at The Jane and Pure C, combines flavours in a way no one else can. He intentionally opts for seasonal and forgotten vegetables, as well as lesser-known and noble varieties of fish and meat from this region.

Octave also offers exclusive dining spaces for small and larger groups. Everything adjusted to 1.5 meters. Enjoy an exceptional vista of the world’s most beautiful chocolates in an intimate setting. Chef Thomas would be delighted to develop a customised menu.
